Osmo Polyx®-Oil Effect Silver is a transparent wood finish that uniquely blends the benefits of natural oils and waxes, creating distinctive surface effects with added pigments. This stain-resistant and water-repellent solution delivers an abrasion-resistant surface that is pleasant to the touch. The use of plant ingredients ensures an even colour and a harmonious appearance compared to conventional finishes.

Enjoy a simple application process without the need for a primer or intermediate sanding. The microporous surface is suitable for wood, preventing issues such as cracking, peeling, flaking, or blistering. Osmo Polyx®-Oil Effect Silver is resistant to wine, beer, cola, coffee, tea, fruit juice, milk, and water, meeting German DIN 68861-1A standards - no water spots.

The dry finish is safe for humans, animals and plants (resistant to saliva and perspiration acc. German DIN 53160, suitable for children‘s toys acc. EN 71.3).

Osmo Polyx®-Oil Effect Silver is optimal for the decorative surface finishing of dark wooden flooring (Smoked Oak, Walnut etc.) or dark stained wooden flooring, such as solid wood, plank and strip flooring, as well as dark furniture surfaces.

Be aware that the pigment on the photo looks the same only for dark timber flooring.
